When the indicator light flashes blue and red, your Sleepbar is ready to be paired. 3. Head to your bluetooth settings, and look for the device named Sleepbar (if you&apos;ve previously connected this device to another phone, it may show as a different name). Once the device is connected, the indicator light will slowly flash blue. 4. Open the Dusker Audio app. (if you still need to download, search for the app in the Apple or Google App Stores. 5. You should see your Sleepbar is detected by the app. Tap it, and follow the steps to pair it with Dusker Audio. (If you see a dialogue box pop up, requesting permissions to use bluetooth, please make sure these permissions are set to allow.)</div>

If we remove all of the high notes from their speech, we&apos;re left with a dull mumble thats hard to understand. All an equaliser does is let you control the volume of all of these pitches. We&apos;ve split our equaliser into 3 bars. Bass, Mid and Treble. Pillows do a great job of trying to block any bass and treble from getting to your ears, so you&apos;re just left with the bass.. which causes the muffled sound. As a rule, turning&#xA0;down the bass, and up the middle and high frequencies as shown in the image above, will resolve most muffled sound problems you may encounter.&#xA0; But it&apos;s worth having a little play around with it to find out what works for you. Every pillow and every ear is different. We hope this very, very basic lesson in sound frequencies helps you get the most from your Sleepbar.&#xA0;

In the event that your phone doesn&apos;t support the Dusker Audio App - and you need to make some tweaks to the sound quality, we&apos;ve designed the Sleepbar to &quot;remember&quot; any settings you give it. This means, you can connect it to a friend or partners phone, make any adjustments you&apos;d like to the device (example, enabling the &quot;audiobook&quot; sound profile, and renaming the device so it&apos;s yours), then disconnect it. Your Sleepbar will remember this forever.&#xA0;</div>

Rename it within the App Settings.&#xA0; Look for the little &quot;Cog&quot; icon from within your Dusker Audio Dashboard.
