Refunds and Returns

Things don't always work out. Here's everything you need to know if it doesn't.

How do i return my order?

You have the option to initiate a return within 30 days of receiving the sleepbar, provided that it is sent back in its original and undamaged condition. To initiate a return, please contact customer service so we can start the return process.

Is there any fees to return my order?

Unless the item you receive is defective/broken and requires replacement, the return fees are at your own expense. If your item is returned within 30 days you will receive a full refund. All returns are sent to our UK warehouse. Please also note that

If my item is broken, can i get a replacement?

Certainly, please provide us with a video demonstrating the behavior of your Sleepbar® so that our technical team can assess it for remote troubleshooting purposes. Once we confirm any damage or issues, we will proceed with issuing a replacement.

Does Sleepbar come with a warranty?

Yes, each Sleepbar® is accompanied by a one-year warranty. This warranty provides coverage for any mechanical defects that may arise, including issues such as battery failure, speaker damage, or problems with the volume buttons.
